Launched in November 2014 this is the Ask The Industry Podcast where Simon Caine interviews the most influential people from the worlds of stand up, comedy, writing, TV and radio.

Previous guests have included Alex Petty (Laughing Horse), David Quantick (writer for BrassEye) & Bruce Dessau (London Evening Standard Art & Comedy Critic).

In January 2015 the podcast was featured in iTunes “New and Noteworthy” section both across all genres and comedy. In addition comedy blogger John Flemming plugged the show on his daily blog.

On a good day the Ask The Industry Podcast is in the top 100 comedy podcasts (we’ve peaked at number 57), and most of the time we’re in the Top 100 in Business (peaked at number 23) and Careers section (peaked at number 2).

We’ve been reviewed 21 times (20 five stars) and in February 2015 we were featured in the British Comedy Guides Newsletter.

If anything else significant happens I’ll be sure to add it here.

The episodes are listed below (starting with the most recent episode). Your best off Subscribing in either iTunes or Stitcher (or using this feed in the podcast player of your choice) so you know when the next episode is out.

Think of it like talk radio, but for the comedy industry.
